Dr. Patrick A. Linton brings over 36 years of law enforcement experience to the cybersecurity and digital forensics field. He holds a PhD in Cyber Security, dual Master's degrees, and 11 internationally recognised professional certifications, with advanced training across 9 countries on 4 continents from institutions including the FBI, US Secret Service, Interpol, Stanford University, and the Korean National Police University.

In 2006, he established Jamaica's first Cybercrimes Investigation and Research Unit, laying the foundation for the country's digital forensics capability. He currently serves as Director of Cyber Investigations and Risk Management (CIRM) at a major Jamaican law enforcement agency, and as Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Technology Jamaica and the Caribbean Maritime University.

Through Patjan's Cyber Tech, Dr. Linton delivers specialist consultancy services in digital forensics, AI-based investigations, cybersecurity, TSCM, and professional training to law enforcement, government, and corporate clients across the Caribbean.

Career Landmark

In 2006, Dr. Linton created Jamaica's first Cybercrimes Investigation and Research Unit, certified at the Korean National Police University, Seoul.
